A group of military veterans and first responders is cutting through debris and helping neighbors reeling from the Tempe microburst from two weeks ago. More than 1,000 homes and 83 businesses are still in cleanup mode. Team Rubicon is a national nonprofit made up of mostly veterans and retired first responders that is tackling some of the toughest jobs. Alexis Dominguez has more.
