Presented annually by the Arizona Association for Economic Development atits Fall Forum, the Golden Prospector Award recognizes outstanding achievements in economic development across Arizona. The award recognized last year’s inaugural PV Restaurant Week, which stood out in the Promotional Category for Special Events and featured 25 restaurants over ten days. The event successfully boosted local dining, increased foot traffic, and strengthened community connections.
The inaugural PV Restaurant Week was led by Diana Soto, Economic Development Coordinator, who said, “I’m so excited about this win and what it means for our community — it’s amazing to see Restaurant Week bringing people together! Next up, we’re growing the program with a ‘Takeout Weekend’ and a Food Truck Festival.”
