CENTER CITY (WPVI) — Just a stone’s throw from City Hall, you’ll find a brand new, opulent yet approachable dining establishment called Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley.
The namesake longtime attorney and his team have opened five other locations around the country since 2020. The food menu includes Southern classics like chicken and waffles, and shrimp and grits, and other favorites like Jamaican jerk lamb chops.
The drinks menu is inventive, with selections like the Cotton Candy Cloud, and the show-stopping Smoked Old Fashioned. The rose stairway is a can’t miss selfie-spot, and the massive 30-seat marble bar accents the art and design touches.
