NEW YORK (TNND) — Police in New York said they are searching for a man wanted in connection with an unusual assault aboard a Bronx bus.
The New York Police Department said the suspect allegedly grabbed a carton of eggs, which he used to hit a 53-year-old man in the face.
Investigators said the man got into an argument with a passenger on a northbound BX15 MTA bus on October 20 just before 3 p.m.
After the dispute, the suspect ran off the bus and headed north on Boston Road toward East 164th Street, police said.
First responders arrived at the scene and took the man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was listed in stable condition.
