Are you looking for a new rental in Phoenix? Or maybe you’re someone who likes to scroll housing listings for fun? Either way, I’m bringing you the highlights of what I’ve seen while scrolling Zillow.

Some are more practical, while others may be just for dreaming. But hopefully they’re all at least interesting to look through.

If you like a grand entrance: I haven’t seen many rentals in this price range with a two-door entryway like this home off of Central and Northern avenues. The 2,200-square-foot three-bed, 2.5-bath is listed for $2,975 a month. The house was remodeled in 2019 and has a two-car garage plus two spots in a carport. Cats and small dogs are allowed.

If you want a resort-style backyard: This 2,345-square-foot home just south of Lookout Mountain Park has solar, two custom murals, an outdoor fireplace, pool, and covered patio. The 4-bed, 2.5-bath is listed for $3,300 a month and accepts cats and dogs of any breed, including pitbulls, as long as they have no bite history.

If you like a cute duplex: This 550-square-foot half of a duplex off of 11th Street and McDowell Road in the Coronado Historic District is listed for $1,375 a month. The one-bed, one-bath has in-unit laundry and allows cats and small dogs.

If you come across any drool-worthy, weird, or surprisingly affordable listings that you think should be featured here, please send them my way at [email protected]!

Listings available as of Oct. 31. I’m not paid to share these listings, but that doesn’t mean I can personally vouch for them. Please do your research before applying and signing a lease!
