Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reports officer-involved incident on 21st Street West

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says there is an officer-involved incident on 21st St W/ Moncrief Rd Saturday night.

There is a heavy police presence, with multiple streets blocked off.
