PHOENIX — A man was rushed to a hospital in serious condition after he was found “covered in blood” in central Phoenix, according to officials with the city’s police department.
Officers responded to an “unknown trouble” call near 2nd and Moreland streets and found the man. He was taken to the hospital by Phoenix fire officials, police said.
One person was detained nearby, officials said.
