Social workers sought the public’s help Sunday identifying a patient at Los Angeles General Medical Center who was found last Monday in Lincoln Heights.
The man appears to be approximately 35 years old and is possibly Hispanic, authorities said. He was found on Daly Street.
He stands 5-feet-8 inches tall, weighs 117 pounds, has dark hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on the face and both forearms.
