Winnipeg police remain at the location of what they are calling a serious incident on Wellington Crescent early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to an apartment complex on Wellington Crescent, between Gertrude and Wardlaw avenues, around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, according to police.

There is no threat to public safety, but police said no additional information will be revealed at this time.
