HOUSTON – The final week of the regular season for high school football began on Thursday night with three big games.
Pearland vs South Houston: The Oilers were able to cap off their undefeated regular season with a 69-0 win over South Houston. This is their best record since 2018, clinching the 6A Region III District 22 title a few weeks ago.
Katy vs Mayde Creek: Katy running back Tremayne Hill finished off the regular season with a performance of 147 rushing yards and three touchdowns as the Tigers beat Mayde Creek 54-7, clinching their 5th straight district championship.
The Woodlands vs Oak Ridge: The Highlanders have a dominant offense, which showed off a little bit with a 74-yard touchdown run from TCU commit, quarterback Jack Daulton, as The Woodlands went on to win it, 28-7.
The Friday Football Frenzy games will continue with a huge schedule of highlights that you don’t want to miss at 10:15 p.m. on KPRC 2.
