A new gated RV community has opened in Burleson: Called Roaming Trails RV Retreat Burleson, it’s located at 3231-3109, County Rd 530B, in a former pasture right off I-35W — and is the first in a trio of similar new parks opening across Texas.
The park is from Provident, a Dallas-based real estate development and investment firm with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the U.S. This is the company’s first venture into the long-term RV space and the first of three Roaming Trails destinations slated to open over the next year, with San Antonio and Killeen to follow in 2026.
RVs have become popular with millennials and Gen Z, who view RV-ing as a a tech-friendly, flexible, and affordable way to explore. According to the latest data from the RV Industry Association, Gen Z (35 percent) and Millennials (32 percent) showing the highest RV purchase consideration for 2026.
Roaming Trails Burleson features 196 oversized RV sites where you can park your bus-style RV, your detached camper, or even your tiny home.
Amenities include spacious concrete pads and roads, 50-amp connections, free WiFi, fiber internet, pool and clubhouse, Amazon package lockers, fitness center, dog park, and gated security. They’re also into authentic Texas experiences” with programming such as line dancing and BBQ events.
Unique to this location are privacy fenced RV sites, offering enhanced security — an uncommon feature in the market. The park is pitched for seasonal residents and long-term guests alike.

Blue Water, an outdoor hospitality management company, will oversee daily operations and guest experience. The Burleson location represents Blue Water’s 12th Texas property under management, reinforcing its growing presence across the state.
