Dallas Morning News Charities will launch its 40th annual campaign to support hungry and homeless North Texans on Nov. 11.
This year’s campaign will run through Jan. 31, 2026, with a goal of raising $2 million to provide resources across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton and Ellis counties.
DMN Charities covers all administrative costs of the campaign, ensuring that all proceeds go directly to participating nonprofits.
Since 1986, the campaign has raised more than $38.5 million, according to a DMN Charities news release.

“This 40th year marks an extraordinary milestone for the Dallas Morning News Charities and the community we serve,” said Grant Moise, president and publisher of The Dallas Morning News. “We’re honored by the trust placed in us to direct those funds where they can make the greatest impact and create lasting change.”
This year, the campaign supports 16 North Texas nonprofits.

These organizations provide nutritious meals, safe shelter, clothing, hygiene items, emergency financial aid and other vital services.
