PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Police are seeking information on a hit-and-run that killed a man in west Phoenix on Sunday night.
Just before 8:45 p.m., officers responded to the area of 35th Avenue and Roosevelt Street on reports of a person who was hit by a car, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
When police arrived, they found a man who was critically hurt, according to Phoenix Police. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
The vehicle that hit the man did not stay on the scene, and anyone with information is encouraged to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO).
The investigation is ongoing.
