Houston police are searching for a suspect who fatally beat a homeless man at a Southwest Houston shopping center.
HOUSTON — Houston police are looking for a suspect they say beat a homeless man to death in southwest Houston on Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at a shopping center on South Post Oak Road near Willowbend Boulevard.
Police believe the victim was walking outside when he was approached by another man and beaten.
The homeless man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
The suspect left the scene, according to police. As of now, investigators have not shared any information on what may have led up to the man’s death.
