Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn

For lunch, haute couture finds its culinary counterpart at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn, the first Dior restaurant outside Paris, now open atop the House of Dior in Beverly Hills. Three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn brings her poetic cooking style to the space, designed by Peter Marino, characterized as “experience woven from stardust, dreams, and sophisticated cuisine infused with California ingredients.” Don’t miss the Caviar Service, Black Truffle Agnolotti and the Guinea Hen Rodeo with Maitake Mushroom, Pickled Turnips, and Potato Millefeuille.  

Casa Dani

Michelin-recognized chef Dani García has arrived in Century City with the recent opening of  Casa Dani. Designed by Rockwell and part of the sbe restaurant portfolio, at “Dani’s House,” García channels Andalusian warmth, presenting a culinary showcase of Spain with classics such as Iberico croquetas, Fried Calamari, Octopus Carpaccio, and Farmers Market Vegetable Paella, Chicken Paella (roasted cornish hen), and the Seafood Paella (saffron, prawns and mussels). Don’t miss the Burger That Made it all Make Sense” on the prix-fixe lunch menu.

Super Peach

David Chang’s Momofuku brings its signature irreverence to Los Angeles with Super Peach at Westfield Century City. The playful, all-day diner reimagines American classics through a Momo/L.A. lens. Don’t miss the Korean Fried Chicken Wings with sweet & spicy and honey garlic sauces; think fried shrimp “Matsuhisa style,” spicy kimbap, Chinese Chicken Salad with Super Peach vinaigrette; lobster noodles, and a showstopping Super Peach–marinated ribeye. Designed by INC Architecture & Design, the vibrant green-and-orange restaurant channels L.A.’s kinetic energy with an open kitchen. 

Marea 
430 N Camden Dr, Beverly Hills
In early 2025, famed New York seafood temple Marea brought its Italian coastal cuisine and sophisticated ease to Beverly Hills, becoming a new power spot for lunch and dinner. Expect Marea’s beloved crudi, octopus and bone marrow fusilli, alongside new local creations like Dungeness crab pappardelle and branzino tartare. The airy space glows with a honey-onyx bar and a blue Murano chandelier, as well as an art collection that includes “Sophia,” a unique painting by London artist Nasser Azam. 

Darling
631 N Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood
Chef Sean Brock has migrated from Nashville to West Hollywood with the opening of Darling, a live-fire grill house and hi-fi lounge. L.A. is in for a real treat from one of the best chefs in America. The menu is crafted from California’s markets, farms, and coastal abundance. The whole experience is touched by fire and soundtracked by vinyl. Don’t miss the Grassy Bar oysters, the BBQ Steak Lion, or the Dry-Aged Steak Burger (there are only 24 available every night).
