The Arlington Police Department, the FBI Dallas Field Office, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas announced on Wednesday that 21 “documented gang members” have been arrested in North Texas.
These arrests are part of a federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) investigation, officials said.
Twenty-one people ranging between the ages of 18 and 22 face charges in a federal racketeering investigation.
According to law enforcement, all of the suspects are members of a criminal street gang known as “Kiccdoe.”
Law enforcement officials said since January 2022, the Arlington Police Department has documented 180 criminal incidents involving alleged Kiccdoe members, including aggravated assaults, robberies, burglaries, shootings, and drug offenses.
Arlington police have made multiple arrests and filed state charges against the alleged gang members in the past, but the department wanted to explore additional avenues to disrupt their activity in Arlington, law enforcement said. Arlington police approached the FBI Dallas Field Office in 2024 about pursuing federal charges against Kiccdoe.

In a news conference on Wednesday, Police Chief Al Jones and Jeremy Wright, FBI assistant special agent in charge in Dallas, said that of the 21 arrested, 17 face charges in a RICO conspiracy, and four face charges of violent crime in aid of racketeering.
Wright said the alleged gang members were arrested last week, and search warrants unveiled 16 firearms, multiple pounds of marijuana, and over $11,000 in cash.
“These gang members allegedly used violence and intimidation to protect power, territory, and profits,” Wright said. “They instilled fear in their victims and took revenge on their rivals.”
