Authorities are seeking the public’s help finding the driver of an 18-wheeler involved last month in a fatal crash on Dallas North Tollway.

Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety responded about 6:30 a.m. Oct. 21 to a four-vehicle crash on the tollway near Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.

According to a news release from department officials, a driver traveling north in an 18-wheeler “made an unsafe lane change and struck a Honda Civic.”

The Honda crashed into a concrete wall and flipped over. A Ram 1500 truck and a Toyota Camry then struck the Honda, killing the driver, 47-year-old Juan Quiroz of Dallas, the news release said.
