No one was injured but a house was heavily damaged after a fire broke out in Brampton on Sunday.

In a post on X, from just before 2:15 p.m., Brampton Fire and Emergency Service said they were at the scene of a two-alarm residential structure fire.

“The fire is presently under control and primary searches have been completed,” they said.

“No injuries have been reported. Please avoid the area.”

Brampton Fire and Emergency Service later indicated that they remain on-scene “performing a fire watch” and “initiating” their investigation.
