A Bronx judge isn’t pussyfooting around with a wannabe rapper accused of butchering a helpless house cat online in a sick satanic ritual.

David Mosley, 26, who goes by the alias Church of Ububal, may get a plea deal in the deranged social media stunt – but only if he agrees to the maximum prison sentence on animal cruelty charges, Bronx Judge Linda Poust Lopez said in court Tuesday.

“I will not approve a plea deal on the animal cruelty charge unless it is the maximum sentence on that charge,” Lopez scolded Mosley. “I want you to follow up on your mental health appointments.”

The Fordham North nut, who was heckled by animal rights activists outside the courthouse, posted the “sacrifice” online on Oct. 16, and vowed another “live sacrifice” on Halloween night.

“Be there or be square,” he boasted online. “Like I said at my first show and no one came. But you will be at this one. Grab popcorn.”

Cops caught up with him and locked him up on charges of criminal mischief, aggravated cruelty to animals and disposal of dead animals.

The animal cruelty charge carries a two-year sentence – which Lopez made clear she wants.

Cops had to protect Mosley as he arrived in court wearing a black hoodie and a black mask covering his face, only to be confronted by angry activists outside.

“I think that’s better than no sentence at all, but it deserves the two-years-plus if he has a psychiatric history,” activist John Cortez, 56, told The Post.

“He deserves to be in an institution receiving the help that he needs,” Cortez said. “He’s a satanic cult leader, and he believes in torturing and sacrificing animals.”

Mosley is due in court for sentencing on Dec. 2.
