Toronto police are investigating a stabbing in Scarborough that left a man seriously injured on Tuesday night.
Police said they were called for a stabbing in the area of Kingston and Overture roads, south of Lawrence Avenue East, shortly before 8:30 p.m.
Officers located a man in his 20s suffering from a stab wound, police said. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police said they are looking for a male suspect who was last seen wearing a black mask and a brown hoodie.
It is not immediately clear what led to the stabbing. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 416-808-4300 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
