A complaint filed against Patriots star Stefon Diggs alleges sexual battery, battery, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.
Christopher Blake Griffith, an online influencer and stylist who claims Diggs hired him to help promote and design his fashion label, filed the claims and alleges Diggs drugged and attempted to sexually assault him at Diggs’ Maryland home on May 22, 2023, and then conspired to kill him.
Griffith originally made the allegations on Instagram in August, and Diggs subsequently filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith, accusing him of concocting a fake story. Griffith filed the counterclaims on Friday in Maryland federal court.

“Chris Griffith is going to have his say and is looking forward to getting justice for the sexual and physical attacks perpetrated against him,” Griffith’s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz of Posey Lebowitz PLLC, told The Post in a statement.
In the suit, obtained by The Post, Griffith alleges Diggs “intentionally drugged” him and then “made unwanted sexual advances toward” Griffith, including “exposing his genitalia” and “attempting to kiss” him “on the mouth.” Griffith alleges Diggs “sexually battered” him “by grabbing hold” of his shoulder, pulling him closer and kissing his ear with his tongue. Then, Griffith alleges a week later he was attacked by three of Diggs’ “close associates,” including his brother, Darez.
When he made his original claims on Instagram in August, Griffith said he was “disgusted” that UGG had hired Diggs to be the face of its campaign.
He tagged UGG in his post, as well as Sarah Jessica Parker, who posed with Diggs for UGG’s campaign.
In his libel suit, Diggs claimed he, Griffith and other influencers went to a club after attending a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C., and that everyone went back to Diggs’ home afterwards.
Diggs then claimed that he then went to his bedroom, and his assistant asked Griffith to leave the home.

He is seeking damages and attorneys’ fees.
“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks,” Lebowitz told The Post of Digg’s libel suit.

Diggs welcomed a baby with his girlfriend, rapper Cardi B, earlier this month.
He also has two other daughters, Nova and Charliee, with two other women.
In September, a woman named Aileen Lopera filed a paternity suit against Diggs, claiming he was Charliee’s father.
A paternity test later confirmed Diggs was the father, Page Six reported.
