SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A pediatrician is facing charges after his arrest on Friday.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, Gabriel Perez, 50, was arrested at his home after accusations made by a boy between 10 and 16 years old.
Investigators say the boy was a patient who was sexually assaulted by Perez after the suspect told the mother to leave the room during an annual checkup. Perez had been the boy’s pediatrician since he was 5 or 6 years old.
KSAT-12 reports there could be other victims who may end up connected to the case.
