Worthington Bank is pleased to welcome back Gary Price as the new Chief Executive Officer of the organization. Price rejoins Worthington after a brief retirement from his role as Market President of the Colleyville location. Leaving the role of CEO is Greg Morse, who has been promoted to Executive Chairman of the Board.

His deep history with the bank and strategic outlook makes him perfectly suited for the role of CEO and I am excited to see how he will further propel the instition under his leadership,” said Greg Morse, Worthington Bank Executive Chairman.

During his 14-year tenure with Worthington Bank, Price served as the President of the Colleyville market where he helped establish the bank in Northeast Tarrant County, developed a team of experienced bankers, and built strong relationships with clients throughout the area. In the role of CEO, Price is focused on long-term strategic initiatives.

“As CEO my primary priority will be to grow and strengthen client relaWonships. My goal for our bank is to take advantage of our strengths which starts with our experienced local bankers, and includes a strong board of directors and access to resources of a strong parent company. In addition, I want to continue nurturing ourcompany culture and ensuring our team is technologically proficient from top to bocom, Worthington Bank will be striving for smart, strategic growth,” said Price.

In addition to providing client-focused services, Price is also commiced to making positive impacts in the communities that have Worthington Bank locations. “Our team takes great pride in volunteering for non-profit organizations throughout Tarrant and Denton Counties. It is only right for us to give back to the community that has been so good to us,” said Price
.
In his spare time, Price volunteers at CrossCreek Church and with Beautiful Feet Ministries of Fort Worth. Price also enjoys playing golf and supporting the Texas Rangers.

As Executive Chairman of the Board, Morse’s new focus will be to serve as a conduit between the board of directors and Worthington Bank leadership to guide strategic vision and initiatives. With 24-years of service with Worthington Bank, Morse is excited to step into this role and drive big picture strategy.
