Heavy rain is expected throughout the metroplex through Monday morning.

DALLAS — Both DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field are seeing flight delays and cancellations this morning as widespread storms are moving through North Texas.

Both airports were under ground stops this morning, which have since been lifted. As of 6:30, DFW Airport is under a ground delay of about 48 minutes due to thunderstorms. The delay is expected until almost 2 p.m.

According to FlightAware, there have been 49 flight delays at Dallas Love Field and 69 cancellations on Monday as of 8 a.m. DFW Airport has seen 298 delays today and 86 cancellations.
