The Dallas Cowboys kept their long-shot playoff hopes alive with Sunday’s comeback victory against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Entering Thursday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas (5-5-1) has a 14% chance to make the playoffs as a wild card team, according to the NFL playoff simulator by The Athletic, which has been adapted from The New York Times’ simulator.

With the toughest part of the schedule ahead, the Cowboys have little margin for error. The Cowboys trail five teams for the conference’s three wild card spots. Dallas has only a 1% chance of catching the Eagles in the division, according to the simulator.
