Woman Dips Into Murky San Antonio River in Failed Bid to Find Lost Phone

A determined woman shocked onlookers in San Antonio, Texas, on November 14 when she got into the San Antonio River after dropping her phone.

Karen Doskocil was boarding a river boat cruise when she said she heard a woman say she was going to get into the water to look for her phone.

Footage captured by Doskocil shows the woman lowering herself into the river and wading around in waist-high water looking for the phone.

“We were boarding our riverboat cruise and heard the woman say she was going into the water to look for her lost phone. I videoed until she asked I not film her getting out of the water,” Doskocil said.
