SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to continuous trafficking of persons.
The Comal County District Attorney’s Office revealed that the victim in this case is a young girl. The investigation began when a family member discovered concerning messages on the victim’s social media account.
According to the DA’s office, Joshua Davis Young, 51, sent the victim money in exchange for nude pictures and videos. He is also accused of driving her from San Antonio to several hotels in Comal County, where he sexually assaulted her.
