SAN ANTONIO – A woman is facing charges after allegedly killing a man in a hit-and-run incident two years ago.
A Bexar County grand jury has indicted Jacqueline Starks on a charge of collision involving death. Court documents reveal that in June 2023, Starks was allegedly driving when she struck Dale McClintock, who was found lying in the street near Culebra and Alamo Parkway.
Starks allegedly did not stop to render aid, and McClintock died at the scene from his injuries.
