PHOENIX (AZFamily) — We’ll have weather to be thankful for today across Arizona, with mild, dry conditions statewide.
Look for an increase in high clouds today, thanks to a decaying area of low pressure off the Baja Peninsula. No rain is expected, just partly to mostly cloudy conditions today.
In the Valley, look for an afternoon high of 77 degrees after morning temperatures in the 40s and 50s. Expect light winds statewide.
A weekend storm still looks to roll through the region late Sunday, but the track looks more northerly, with less moisture for Arizona. Valley rain chances are less than ten percent now for Sunday night and Monday. The higher elevations of the state could see some light rain and snow during that time frame.
Black Friday will bring sunshine and mid-70s. Saturday and Sunday in the Valley will bring mostly sunny skies and afternoon high temperatures of 73 degrees.
Next week brings some uncertainty. Temperatures look to be cooler in the upper 60s through midweek. A storm may move through late next week, but its track remains uncertain. Count on us to keep you updated as we know more.
