PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Who killed a man in the Logan section of the city back in March remains a mystery.
Now, police need your help searching for the person responsible.
“There was two subjects that was shot. Number one was identified as Michael Fosco. He had been shot several times, taken to hospital and subsequently pronounced dead.”
John Appledorn from the Citizens Crime Commission is talking about the shooting death of 22-year-old Michael Fosco.
He was gunned down just before 6 p.m. on March 12th, 2025 on the 1000 block of Wagner Avenue in Logan.
When police arrived, they soon discovered a second victim had also been shot.
19-year-old Quran Sutton had been shot several times.
Sutton survived his injuries.
Whoever pulled the trigger remains a mystery.
“Police are hoping that somebody saw something that will help them solve the crime,” says Appledorn.
The City of Philadelphia is offering a reward for the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for up to $20,000.
