The Lions beat the Cowboys in a Thursday night battle for a playoff spot to kick off Week 14 of the NFL season.
Detroit wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown was activated at the last minute, but it was running back Jahmyr Gibbs and WR Jameson Williams who stepped up. Gibbs scored three touchdowns on the ground for the first time this season, while Williams hauled in seven catches for 96 yards. Dak Prescott threw for 376 yards, but it wasn’t enough to extend the Dallas win streak to four games. Instead, the Lions gained an upper leg in the playoff picture.
