Heavy law enforcement presence reported on Jacksonville Westside

Residents have been asked to turn around or relocate from the area.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Heavy law enforcement has been reported on Jacksonville’s Westside.

Upon arriving at the scene on West Cisco Drive, First Coast News was able to locate law enforcement as well as an officer who was having residents turn around or relocate.
