A free Veterans Resource Fair will be on Friday, Dec. 12, in Jacksonville to connect veterans and their families to benefits, services and support programs.

All veterans are welcome, and no pre-registration is required.

The fair will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Beaver Street Enterprise Center, 1225 W. Beaver St., hosted by state Rep. Kimberly Daniels and the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs.

“The purpose of this event is to remove barriers and give our veterans direct access to the help they deserve,” Daniels said. “By bringing these services together in one location, we are making sure real support is delivered in real time.”

The fair will feature:

  • On-site disability claims processing.

  • Access to benefits counselors and service representatives.

  • Assistance with healthcare, education, housing and employment resources.

  • Information for veteran families and caregivers.
