Legendary singer-songwriter Bob Dylan has announced dates for his 2026 tour, which includes two stops in Texas — but not in the expected places.

Austin? Nope. Dallas? Nope. Houston? Nope. San Antonio? Wrong again.

Puzzlingly, his only two gigs in the Lone Star State will be in Tyler and Abilene. This means San Antonio fans of the bard will have to drive 3 to 5 hours each way for a chance to see him in the new year. But given that Dylan is 84, fans who worry this might be their last chance may want to make a roadtrip out of it.

Dylan will play Tyler’s Cowan Center on Wednesday, April 29, and Abilene Auditorium on Saturday, May 1, as concluding dates on his North American tour.

The 10-time Grammy winner responsible for such iconic albums as Blonde on Blonde and Blood on the Tracks is continuing to tour on his 2020 album Rough and Rowdy Ways.

The full list of 2026 tour dates is available via music blog Consequence.
