The Dallas Cowboys are in the holiday spirit.
On Monday, several team members made their annual visit to Children’s Medical Center Dallas. Players in attendance included offensive guard Tyler Smith, tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford and wide receiver KaVontae Turpin.
The players were also accompanied by members of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
“It’s definitely a humbling effort. I think it’s kind of humbling for all the guys, and it’s special for me to come in here and just be able to provide a little bit of light to their holiday season knowing that they are in a time where there’s a little bit of a struggle right now,” Smith said. “I’m praying that everything ultimately works out in their favor. I’m glad that we’re able to use our platform to come out here, provide joy, meet a kid and kind of hear about his story.”
