7-year-old girl last seen in March, warrant issued for mother

SAN ANTONIO – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 7-year-old girl who has not been seen since March.

Mia Moore is around 4’3 to 4’6″ tall, weighing about 50 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen in March 2025.

According to investigators, Mia’s father has been unable to locate her or Mia’s mother, Elena Gonzales, since that time. Authorities say Mia was withdrawn from her school in August and later confirmed to be enrolled in an online program.

On December 9, an arrest warrant for Interference with Child Custody was issued for Gonzales.
