PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. Here are the Valley restaurants that did not make the grade for Dec. 10, 2025:
Stanley’s Homemade Sausage Company – 2945 E Bell Rd, Phoenix
3 violations:
- No certified food manager
- Containers of raw sausage stored above ready-to-eat foods
- Heads of lettuce in grocery bags
Vecina – 3433 N 56th Street, Phoenix
3 violations:
- Food line cook drinking from cup then not washing hands
- Bartender handling orange garnish with bare hands
- Plumbing issue at mop sink
Grayhawk Golf Club – 8620 E Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale
3 violations:
- Server using bare hands for ready-to-eat garnishes
- No soap at cook handwash sink
- Salsa and cut cabbage not kept cold enough in holding well
All American Modern Sports Grill – 20751 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale
3 violations:
- Raw tuna stored over pork ribs
- Not enough sanitizer in dishwasher
- Crab mix and salmon not at proper temperature
KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot – 1940 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa
4 violations:
- Employee not washing hands properly
- Dishwasher not cleaning properly
- Toxic chemicals not labeled
- Fly strips hanging in food prep area
