Precipitation may fall Wednesday, but if you’re in the core of the metro area, you probably won’t see it.
Patchy fog is possible to the north and south of Dallas-Fort Worth, but it shouldn’t affect the morning commute for most residents. Showers are also expected around Waco and Palestine, according to the National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office.
For D-FW residents, Wednesday should primarily bring more clouds and moderate temperatures, with a high of 65 degrees. Skies are expected to clear by Thursday, but the temperature is expected to be about the same.
Overnight lows are expected to be significantly higher than normal, with a low of 55 degrees on Wednesday night — 18 degrees warmer than usual for mid-December. But lows should drop with a cold front moving in Thursday evening.
