Closed sales in Greater Phoenix rose at nearly four times the national rate for November, climbing 4.3% compared to 1.2% nationally, according to data from Phoenix Realtors. Year-to-date closed sales rose 3.9%.

“Closings typically drop as we head into the holiday season, but this November saw a higher number of closed sales than both the prior year and in 2023,” Christy Walker, board president of Phoenix Realtors said in a press release.
