Caddo Parish student, Max Chambers, makes it to final round of NBC’s The Voice

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Shreveport community is celebrating a young student after he made it all the way to the finals of The Voice.

Wednesday evening (Dec. 17), Max Chambers, 14, is returning to Shreveport from Los Angeles after making it to the final six on The Voice. Tuesday night, the winner was crowned, and even though Max didn’t take home the top prize, the community is still exceptionally proud of the progress he made and his talent.

ABOUT THIS SEASON OF THE VOICE

Four fan-favorite coaches are back to search for America’s best undiscovered singers! Country superstar Reba McEntire, hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg and two-time champions Michael Bublé and Niall Horan face off in an exciting new season.

The community is invited to help welcome Max home. The public is invited to gather at the Shreveport Regional Airport at 5:15 p.m. Max is expected to arrive around 5:45 p.m.
