A new building planned to be added to Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix will be 10 stories and have a mix of hotel and office uses, along with some retail uses on the first floor.
The building will include underground parking beneath the building as well as a separate parking garage.
The tower is planned for the southeast corner of the 30-acre shopping center, replacing a portion of parking lot just south of the Lifetime Fitness building.
