JTaylor, an independent accounting firm providing tax, assurance and consulting services, has hired David Cleveland as the firm’s first director of strategic growth and client engagement.
The newly created role reflects JTaylor’s commitment to strengthening client relationships, expanding its market presence and enhancing the overall client experience. In the position, Cleveland will lead initiatives that blend market insight, strategic planning and relationship management to support long-term, sustainable growth across all service lines.

Cleveland earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from TCU in 2004. His career includes extensive experience as a sales executive, where he developed deep expertise in building strategic networks and fostering strong, authentic relationships.
At JTaylor, Cleveland will apply those skills to guide professionals across the firm as they build personalized growth strategies designed to deepen client engagement.
