A First Alert has been issued for the entire Philadelphia region until 8 p.m. on Monday, July 7 due to heavy rain and flash flooding from the Remnants of Chantal.
The entire Philadelphia region is expected to se moderate to heavy rainfall in the afternoon which is brought a flood watch.
