Police say trespassing on an active construction site is a third-degree felony under Florida law.
NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla. — The Neptune Beach Police Department announced on Tuesday that it will be offering free “No Trespassing” signs for active construction sites for residents and business owners.
According to Florida law, trespassing on an active construction zone is a third-degree felony.
Signs will read the following:
THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED CONSTRUCTION SITE, AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY.
