- The fire reached two alarms, officials said. At least two people were killed and multiple others were injured during the incident, according to a Bucks County spokesperson.
- The explosion and fire caused the building to partially collapse. Firefighters from Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania as well as Burlington County in New Jersey responded to the scene.
- PECO confirmed they were responding to a report of a gas odor at the nursing home shortly before the exposion.
