PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating the death of a 36-year-old man that has been ruled a homicide.
Officers responded to a report of an injured person near 46th Street and Shea Boulevard around 8:15 a.m. Monday. When they arrived, they found 36-year-old Zachary Hostetler, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The case was turned over to Phoenix police homicide detectives. Following a postmortem examination, the Office of the Medical Examiner ruled Hostetler’s death a homicide.
No suspect information has been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
