SAN ANTONIO – University Health’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is keeping the holiday spirit alive as Santa Claus is set to make a special visit on Christmas Eve.
The NICU, adorned with festive decorations, welcomed Santa and his crew to the NICU to take photos with the infants.
