Looks like an Eagles fan in Fort Worth asked for some Philly gear and in Cowboys country, nobody really wants to buy Eagles stuff. Good news, the story does have a happy ending.
Well the Philadelphia Eagles are the NFC East Champions this year and it pained my soul to write that sentence just now. Never forget Eagles fans, you still blew a 21-0 lead to my Dallas Cowboys. Let’s not get angry though, this time of year is all about giving and a teacher in Mansfield, Texas went viral this week.
Nicole Swartz decided to help out the angel tree at her local church. She overheard someone comment that no one was going to pick this kid because they’re asking for Eagles stuff. So she put a video on TikTok asking Eagles fans what she should get the kid because she’s not a football fan. Well the Philadelphia Eagles actually responded to her video.
The Eagles sent Nicole a hat, mini helmet, football, playing cards, Jalen Carter framed player card, and a jersey. As much as I hate the Eagles, I can’t hate this move. Plus sending the kid the kelly green merch is a plus in my book. I hate the Eagles, but I can’t hate those jerseys.
If that wasn’t enough, Eagles fans also wanted to help and sent even more gear for the kid. You can check out more of that above. Safe to say any hope we had of converting this child to the Dallas Cowboys is out the window. He has enough gear for every day of 2026 it looks like.
Also Nicole said she wasn’t a football fan before this, but now she has to root for the Eagles. Meanwhile the Dallas Cowboys have the longest drought in the NFC Championship game in the conference. Way to go Jerry!
