Here are the latest injury updates from the Jacksonville Jaguars’ second practice of Week 17.
The team announced on Thursday that cornerback Jourdan Lewis was placed on injured reserve. He suffered a foot injury against Denver.
According to Tom Pelissero, Lewis will undergo surgery and will be out for the season.
The Jaguars did make a corresponding addition to bolster their cornerback depth.
For the second day in a row, Bhayshul Tuten (finger) was limited. Also limited were Tim Patrick (foot), Montaric Brown (neck), Greg Newsome (shoulder), and Jalen McLeod (ankle).
McLeod is still on injured reserve.
The Jaguars are currently working through a few injuries at the cornerback position.
Robert Hainsey (groin) and Patrick Mekari (back) did not practice for the second consecutive day.
Travon Walker (knee) and Arik Armstead (hand) were full participants.
After missing last week’s game with an ankle injury, Danny Striggow was upgraded from being a non-participant on Wednesday to a full participant on Thursday.
