Christina Lynn Downer, 38, has not been heard from since December 10

Los Angeles police and family members are asking for the public’s help in locating a 38-year-old woman who has not been seen or heard from for more than two weeks.

Christina Lynn Downer was last in contact with a friend on Dec. 10, 2025, when she sent a text message, according to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit. Her last known location was in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles. Authorities said she has not made contact with family or friends since.

Relatives said Downer has no known medical conditions and has never previously gone missing, raising concern about her safety.

Her brother, Jimmy Fowlie, a writer for “Saturday Night Live,” has also appealed publicly for assistance in an Instagram post, asking anyone who may have seen her or has information to contact police and share the information widely. 

Downer may also be known by the name Christina Fowlie, police said.

She is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Downer’s whereabouts is urged to contact the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996-1800 and reference case number 25237639. During nights, weekends or holidays, tips can be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (1-877-527-3247).

Anonymous tips may be submitted to L.A. Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477), online at lacrimestoppers.org, or through the “P3 Tips” mobile application.

Police said any information, no matter how small, could help locate her.
